A couple years ago, a hurricane went by but did not do much damage to our house. Two of our back-patio screens were ripped to shreds and some soffit and fascia sections came down. I found that the fascia had been stapled into the cement stucco with one staple! I fixed that problem using some nails and replaced the screens and spline. I felt like Tevye when I was “fiddling on the roof” and I felt like Lucy Ricardo when I “had a lot of splining to do”.
